Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey amber with a small, beige head. Very fizzy when poured. Medium body, sweet malty, slightly caramellish with some yeast and a tart edge. But drinkable. 130318

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, creamy beige head. Nose has subtle roasted malt with a slight spicy edge. Medium body, decent carbonation, some notes of dark chocolate in a rather dry and astringent roastiness. But at least for once a drinkable beer from this producer. 080318

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an orange golde - kinda carrot color - with a fizzy head that dissipates in a second. Lactic, tart aroma of nothing much. Medium body, fizzy, infected orange juice but really low in flavors. A horrible infected mess that has nothing to do with a Bock whatsoever. 080318

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque amber with no head. Nose has a hint of spices and yeast. Medium body, hardly any carbonation, a ton of spices and phenols. Will this creation work with an Easter lamb roast? I cannot totally refuse that, but otherwise I'd say it's a fairly sloppy homebrew. 060318

Bottle 50 cl. Listed as a "Rød Hvede" = a "Red Wheat". Pours a cloudy, dark reddish amber with a tiny, off-white head. Nose is toffee and caramel and a little yeast. Low, sloppy carbonation, chalky and minerally. Let's be polite and say that it's a beer that needs quite some fine tuning to lift it into a professional level. 060318

Hazy dark amber, offwhite head. Malty, caramely aroma faint roasted notes. Caramely flavour, dry with subtle roasted malt. Discrete coffee and citrus notes too. Pretty anonymous and light at first, but has an interesting character to it.
