Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque amber with an off-white head. Slightly tart, fruity nose with some phenols further in. Rich, sweet, malty and fruity body, Belgian yeast and some phenols and unclean fermenting flaws. Bitter finish. Pretty raw. 010920

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a smalll, beige head. Very roasty nose, almost ashy. Medium body, again this crude and ashy roastiness although the liquid as such is sweet with low carbonation. Malt bitter finish. More Sweet Stout than Pastry Stout.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a very dull, grayish golden with a small, off-white head. Distinct banana in the aroma, most likely mainly driven by the yeast. Medium body, carbonation to the low side for the style, massive banana notes and cloves, but also some less welcome phenols, that seem to mostly stick below the radar though. Not too bad. 190520
