Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a small, off-white head. Sweet, toffee and biscuit aroma. Rich, malty body, some initial sweetness but it's quickly overtaken by what unfortunately seems like the standard Rosenholm lactic infection. Guys, you need to do something about your brewhouse hygiene. This probably once was a nice beer, it's not anymore. 130819

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Fruity, slightly tart nose. Light body, some fruit but otherwise completely dominated by lactic acid. Completely infected. 070819

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a small, white head. Solid Hefe aroma of yeast, banana and clove with a slightly tart edge. Medium body, a dry fruitiness and a distinct, lactic tartness that obviously shouldn't be there according to the style. This is bordering Berliner Weisse! Or in other words, this is infected. It's drinkable though. 050819

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a creamy, beige head. Nutty, roasty nose but also a distinct butterscotch note - seems very much like diacetyl. Rich, sweet body, lowish carbonation, burned caramel, subtle roast and hazelnuts. Again the sticky diacetyl is all over - blending in with a slight tartness from a lurking - if not exactly full blown infection. This is clearly off. 020819

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a lacing, white head. Subtle, citrus aroma, a little dusty. Medium body, fruity, dusty biscuit note with a subtle, late bitterness. Not an awful lot going on, but at least it's clean. 010819

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black, with a small, beige head. Sweet licorice nose. Rich, sweet roast body, a little low in carbonation, but still alright. Some dry, English licorice notes, soft and smooth and actually quite pleasant. Warming finish. A neat first beer from this brewery. 310719
