Tap at the Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin off white head. The aroma is smoky malt, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry mineral malt, floral grassy hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Small white head. Hazy yellow body. Mealy gooseberry and resin aroma with lemony wooden notes. Dryish wooden mealy resiny taste with gooseberry notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel, slightly oily. Dryish mealy toffeeish citric aftertaste with funky toffee notes. Nice, drinkable, full of flavour. More like a bottom-fermented pale ale, but whatever. (0.25l draft at Banksia, Copenhagen.)

Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of smoke, roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, wood, and a bit of vanilla, leading to a dry smokey finish. Almost too much wood.
