Bottle thanks to Rune & Finn!! It pours clear deep orange - amber with a thick yellow - white head. The nose is bitter - sweet, juicy, stewed orange, peach, candied peel, sherbet, something artificial, muffin, herbal and white sugar. The taste is dry, bitter, quite malty, toasty, earth, some orange peel, light metallic twang and some alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate + carbonation. Not bad.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 07.12.15. Cloudy, pale yellow. Small, white head. Aroma of lime, herbs, mint and Berliner weisse. Taste of banana and mint. A bit astringent.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy light yellow with small white head. Aroma of sulfur, lemons, coriander, light bread. Tastes slightly sweet, but still well balanced. A decent wit beer.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Fellesinnkjøp med Rune. Delt med ham og Skinnyviking på Nerstranda 7 Des 15. Pen gyldenbrun. Middels høyt luftig skum. Rik plommearoma. Smaken søt frukt. Litt syrlig etter hvert. Bra!

Bottle. An unclear amber colored beer with a collapsing, dense, light beige head. Lots of cat pee on the nose, grapefruit too, and some pine cones and caramel. It’s rather effervescent, semi-dry and medium bodied on the palate. Bitterness, caramel, yeast, grapefruit and some tropical fruit notes in the flavor. The bitterness level is decent, but I wouldn’t mind more of it. There’s a faint peppery, spiced touch too, all the way from the nose to the swallow, but it’s rather weak. Quite dry and rather yeasty in the dry finish. Except for the yeast flavor and too much carbonation, this is a fine brew. Seems they need to work a little bit more on the processes of brewing. 151129

Shared bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 08.11.15. Clear golden. Off-white head. Complex aroma and taste of ripe tropical fruits, bitter papaya. Balanced, complex and quite refreshing.
