ABV: 6.0%. ✅ Cloudy medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy - open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, sugary apples, sulphur. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, sugary cider - apple juice, sweet apples, sugary, light farmyard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20181020]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Small head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tart apples, sulphur, fruits, little acid and has a nice sour and sweet finish.

Bottle from Grape & Grind, Bristol. Golden in colour and clear, with moderate carbonation. AN easy drinking cider, with plenty of juicy apple character, a hint of caramel and suggestion of tartness in the finish. Fine.

Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours a misty gold, light apple fruit on the nose. Taste is slightly musty farmhouse, drying finish, some bitter apple skins with a light tang.

Bag box @ Stable Bar, Birmingham. Pours clear, flat. Oaky apple concentrate aroma. Taste is strong, slick and clean with a rich, golden apple taste. Not bad.
