18/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours bright golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of flowers, caramel, hops, fruit and malt. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, flowers and hops. Sweet bitter finish.

Pendle Beer Festival 2018. Clear copper-amber in colour. Has a bubble-gum sweetness in both aroma and taste, which is overbearing in the latter.

Pendle Beer Festival 2016. Black in colour. The honey hasn’t fused too well with the roasted malts in this one. The result is a sweetened but not overly pleasant ale.

[ As Big Clock Lions Pride ].Clear medium to light dark orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, marzipan malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, marzipan malt, fruity, pale malt, apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]
