500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Sparkling orange-gold colour with a short-lived white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, oak, barnyard. Flavour is juicy apple, sweetish, apple skin, some tartness with oak, vanilla, light funk and some dry tannins. Watery mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass. [ As Dorset Nectar Hunny Bubble ].Clear light to medium orange yellow color with a virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, honey - sweet apples, barnyard - leather, sour apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart apple, sweet apple - honey sweet, leather - farmyard, earthy notes, medium dry. 500ml bottle from Orchard box. Orangey golden amber colour, no head and aroma of musty apple, barnyard. Taste is sweet, apple, barnyard, rubber, leather and drying tannins. Medium bodied. low carbonation, with a dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at the Stable, Kew Bridge. Orange amber colour with a thin white head and aroma of mellow apple and funk. Taste is apple flesh, with leather, rubber, horseblanket, muck and some oak and dry tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry medium finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bladder box at the Stable, Falmouth, 25/04/16. Golden with a soon fading crown of off White bubbles. Nose is apple orchard, straw, light smoke. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple skins, light funky green berry, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok.
