7/6/2019. From bag in a box at the 28th Doncaster Beer Festival. Pours clear pale amber with minimal head. Aroma of apples, light caramel, citrus, biscuit and tannins. Moderate sweetness and very light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery texture, soft carbonation. Very dry finish. Quite decent.

Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours mucky dark purple, medicinal musty aroma. Taste is smooth, a little musty with old damson, a touch sour, with a light woody bitterness and gentle acidic touch.

25/1/2019. From bag in box at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of semi dry apples. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Crisp, dry, quite sharp finish. Enjoyed this.

500ml bottle from Scrattings, as Dorset Nectar Medium Organic Cider 5%. Hazy orangey golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and sharp woody apple aroma. Sweetish, mellow apple flavour, some sourness, funky notes and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium tannic finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle from Scrattings, as Dorset Nectar Dabinett Organic Cider 5.8%. Orangey gold colour, good sized white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of mucky apple, barnyard funk. Taste is juicy apple, bittersweet, fruity, sweetish with light funk and alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry light earthy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, dry, nectar, sweet apple, apple pie, honey - nectar. Body is medium, texture is oily - watery, carbonation is flat. 31/8/2018. From bag in box at the Dove Summer Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours cloudy dark gold with a bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of passion fruit, flowers, apple, citrus and caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitters/sours. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry, fruity, tart finish.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2018. A clear amber brown coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is very funky, horse hair, damp dog, brown leaves. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody apple pips. Wood, tang, bark. Palate is sweet and dry, pithy,. Coats the tongue.
