500ml bottle. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of juicy apple & funk. Taste is bittersweet apple, fruity, with rubbery barnyard funk, alittle caramel and some tannin. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry tannic funky finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask at the Euston tap east. A hazed mid gold coloured pour with a a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is semi sweet apple, tangy wood and bark. Palate is semi sweet, juicy, mellow gentle carbonation. Flavour is composed of nice fresh meaty apple, light strawberry, minced meat, little prickly in the finish. Nice fresh apple juice. Good stuff.

Cask at the Kings Arms - Bethnal Green. Pours clear yellow-gold, no head. The nose holds ripe, juicy apples. Medium to heavy sweet flavour, subtly musty, lots of sugary apple purée, a hint of bitter peel. Medium bodied, lightly oily. Sweet finish, more well ripened apples, touches of caramel. Really fun stuff.

Bag in a box at the Seven Stars, Bristol 24/2/2016. Hazy yellow with slight carbonation. A pleasant lower ABV cider, which had lost none of the character of stronger farmhouse drinks. Nice rustic fruits, some tartness and a dryish finish. Good.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2016) The cider poured pale golden and clear. No head. Aroma had cowhouse and apple juice. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fermented apple juice and cowhouse. Aftertaste was dry. Not a good cider.
