750ml bottle from Museum of Cider, Hereford. Orangey golden colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of apple, wood, vanilla, oak. Taste is sweet, tangy, apple, fruity, wood barrel, vanilla, with apricot hints, oaky and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Hereford Cider Museum shop. Hazy straw yellow colour, white foamy head that dissipates away to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, leather funk. Taste is tangy, apple, some core, skin, and fruity, farmhouse funky, orchardy, with drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bladder bag at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Light haze on a pale golden yellow pour topped with a thin white cap. Nose is apple core, tannins, light funk, hay bale. Taste comprises apple skins, orchard wood, tannins, vinous, light funk, modest acidic ripple. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Decent drop.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/11/23. Mid golden with just a hint of copper with a fast escaping white head that clears to bubbles at the edge. Nose is sharp apple, orchard wood, vinous, herb, light funk. Taste comprises tangy apples, wooded aspects, tannins, light acidic tinge, hedgerow. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Solid tangy cider.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Hazed orange golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, earthy funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, with leathery funk and earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

28/9/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is mucky, horse blanket, apple, vanilla, flowers, woody notes developing. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, oily, spritzy. Drying finish. Enjoyable.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 14/09/23. Very lightly hazed pale golden yellow with a white cap that thins to a swirl and edging. Nose is apple skins, funk, damp straw, barnyard esters. Taste comprises sharp apples, damp alleyway, almost gueuze like qualities, wood must, barnyard tones, vinous, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a tangy edge. Decent stuff.
