[ As Izaak Walton Amber Nymph ].
ABV: 4.5%. ✅ Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Almost black with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and a little chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 191018

17/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, hops and fruit. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
