Lincoln is on the beer tour radar... This beer suffices for now, an easy bitter with malty chocolate notes. It's very crisp, easy for it, not quite watery but towards in texture. It doesn't feel like it should be full of flavour, but is.

'Every Person', as its name suggests probably won't enjoy this one. Mildly hazed golden-blonde colour. A sour with fire to it, and the chilli in here dominates. This mix of style and ingredients certainly gets the palate working. Fire left in mouth. Unusual but interesting sour.

Keighley & Worth Valley Railway Beer Festival 2025, Beer#6. Clear amber colour, quite full in texture for its strength. Chewy floral-hoppiness with a late bitter-finish.
