Description
Kinver Brewery is an award-winning, family owned, independent craft microbrewery located near Kinver Edge and the rock houses on the outskirts of Kinver, South Staffordshire. Kinver Brewery was founded in 2004 using a 4-barrel (6.5 hectolitre) plant purchased from Brewster’s Brewery. We have since increased production capacity to a custom-built 10-barrel (16 hectolitre) plant.

Kinver Brewery use only four ingredients: malted barley, hops, yeast, and water, to produce cask and bottle-conditioned ales. All of our beers are available as vegan, on request. Our hops are sourced from a range of locations including Worcestershire, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovenia, and USA. We are a SIBA-assured independent craft brewery, recognised by multiple prestigious awards.

Cask at GBBF 2009. Gold/amber, hazy, lasting beige head. Some definite hop on aroma, but losing it’s condition. Very soft in mouth. Decent hop, ok if condition isn’t great.

Cask-conditioned at the Plough, Worcester 30/05/09. Deep gold with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus hops with a touch of sweetness. Mouth feel was surprisingly light for the ABV, almost watery, which led to a jarring contrast with the grapefruit dry finish. Ok.
