Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is mostly tangerine, but with some added peach and general citrus. Summer fruits are to the fore in the mouth, along with oranges and floral hops. However, the texture is watery and there is an unpleasant metallic undertaste. Some biscuits in the finish. Somewhat forgettable.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a pale straw with a small white head. Malts and fruits are entwined in the nose. Sweetness is to the fore in the mouth, lemon and barley sugar on a malty base. Eventually a slight bitterness comes through. Finish is dry. This is a pale ale not an IPA. Pretty forgettable.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a very pale straw colour with a small white head. Has an aroma of floral hops, but with some malts in there too. In the mouth it has a watery texture and a vaguely hoppy taste, with hints of citrus, grains and spice. Finish is slightly bitter. Nothing wrong with it, but pretty bland all round really.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - nice Victoria plum colour. Lovely creamy head. Nose - massive plum but not the Belgian yeast as of yet. Taste - plum and light sherbet underlay. Palate - medium bodied, rich and tangy middle and finish. Overall - I just wish there was more going on with this other than plum. I do like plum though.
