Tap at the brewery, in Zagreb, Croatia. Pours black, with fine brown foam. Aroma is more chocolate than coffee, a little smoked. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is definitely roasty, but accompanied by some light sweetness. Final is on the dry side.

Tap at the brewery, in Zagreb, Croatia. Pours fairly hazy orange gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is fruity and herbaceous, almost smokey. Body is partially fully, smooth, a little oily, with average carbonation and a pungent feeling, from bitterness and acidity. Taste is medium bitter, accompanied by a certain level of sweetness and a hint of acidity. Final is average, with the "milkshake" sweetness coming out briefly. Not fantastic, this latter aspect.

0,44 l can. Pours almost black with a finger of quickly dissipating light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, plenty of coffee, cocoa in the background. Some fusel alcohol too. Taste is well balanced, medium sweetness well compensated with pleasant bitterness. Body is full, texture borderline oily, carbonation gentle. Finish packs more coffee and chocolate with strong, but pleasant bitterness. Thumbs up!

Unclear amber with a big fluffy head. Rather malty, toasty, caramely, lemon juice and lemon zest, resin, tangerine, bitter orange, herbal hops. Malty fruity sweetness, dry zesty hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry malty hoppy zesty resinous bittersweet finish. A very classic IPA, rather malt-focused, well made!

Can 33 cl. In my version simply called 'Stout'. Cloudy, opaque black woth a neat, creamy and lacing beige head. Roasty, chocolatey nose. Kinda light in body, indeed coffe, chocolate and roast with a discreet, underlying sweetness. Very subdued bitterness.140925

Can, 0.44l. Black pour, three finger creamy beige head, long lasting, sticky lacing on the glass. Nose is smoke, charcoal, roasted malt. Bready notes in the background.
Medium body, medium carbonation, lively. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, somewhat lighter than expected. Goes down nicely. Balanced roasty bittersweet taste with light salty touch in the background. Aroma of roasted malt, toasted caramel, bread. Coal, ash. Dark fruits. Mild sugary sweetness, slightly sticky. Earthy notes, minerals. Medium lasting finish, dry, roasty, lingering bitterness.
Solid stout.

Can at Scout Club Irish Pub in Samobor, Croatia Wednesday 10th September 2025 after a 3hr 45mins drive from Brodarica nr Šibenik, weather is cloudy and drizzle today, actually scrub that, it's completely battering it down with rain, really heavy downpour. Super soft mouthfeel, pineapple cubes in the mouth, super juicy and fruity pleasant DIPA and easy drinking for the abv.
