Description
We're a Micro-Brewery sitting on the edge of the Peak District, operating from an old mill in the Lumsdale Valley.

All our beer is brewed in small batches, typically no more than 350L, meaning every batch is given that extra bit of attention and care. Our aim is to use specially sourced ingredients from the UK and beyond, with a small batch process to create fantastic craft ales.

We specialise in cask and bottle conditioned ales, fusing the tradition of British hand pulled cask ales with new, craft styles and flavours.

Originally the Hilltop Brewery, but name changed due to another brewery with this name.

17/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, caramel, citrus and light herbal notes. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
