20/2/2019. Cask at the 20th Chelmsford Winter Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, citrus and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Light, hoppy, bitter finish.

ABV: 3.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, citrus, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

17/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours pale gold with a small bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of fruit, flowers, hops and straw. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Light, refreshing - this Flying Cloud is a 3.7% golden not a 4.9% premium bitter.

Gravity poured half-pint in The Six Bells, Bishops Castle on 7th July 2018. As the name suggests, this is a golden straw blond, on top a good white foam blanket. Malty molasses rule both the nose and taste, some light hop action for balance, nice in the sun.

Gravity poured half-pint on 7th July 2018, Six Bells in Bishops Castle. Golden body, white crown. Fruity little number with a crisp and clean taste, tropical fruit bowl of an aroma, bitter aftertaste.

Tried at the Three Horseshoes Waddington. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma has citrus. The taste light bitter medium body.

Cask at Vernon Arms. Pours a deep amber brown with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has dark grains and light roast with a hint of rim underlying. Flavor combines earthy dark grains and light roasted with slight rum notes backing.

Cask @ Stamps Bar, Crosby. Black with a creamy off-white head. Has a good roasted malt nose, although is lesser so in taste. Crisp for its strength.

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are earthy hops, fruits, grass, straw and malt. Earthy stale finish.
