Draft. Slightly hazy pale yellow color. Nose has lots of sulphur, fleshy apples. Taste is dry and sulphury, subtle carbonation. Gotta like sulphur to like this one.

4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint. Cloudy pale yellow. Aromas of apple and herbs. Tastes of apples, champagne, white wine, herbs, spice, light tartness, a bit of salt maybe from the seaweed. Light body with a dry finish.

Fresh bottle drunk 10/17/15.
Pale golden with a light haziness and sediment left behind in the bottle. Bubbles fizzles away.
Not much cascades in the nose, though it’s only dry-hopped, though perhaps a touch of light citrus and some woodiness. Mostly, lots of funk, brett, appleskin, earth and just a pinch of toffee-like sugar. Lovely nose, with no alcohol or flaws and a moderate brett aroma that isn’t aggressive.
The flavor is very light, tart apple juice, but fermented and developed alongside the funky brett, light citrus and moderate lactic acids. Tight, moderate carbonation creating a refreshing drinkability, and very dry with tons of tartness on the finish. Delightful stuff and right up there with a lot of the French ciders. The mall-lactic fermentation has reduced the brightness, but this is intended and to-style. Neither alcohol nor flaw.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Portland, ME, 4/8/15. Very hazy, almost murky yellow with a fizzy white head that quickly fades. Aroma of funky notes, dry apples, leather, citrus hops. Nice. The taste is dry apples, funk, leather, tart apples, hints of hops. Thin bodied, lingering tartness. The hops are very mild here, but god damn it’s a good cider.

12 oz. bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer. Cloudy pale yellow color head dies very quick. Aroma is very funky yeast, moldy basement and acid tones.

The acidic notes is strong with the funky really funky yeast really making a very unpleasant experience. Light crisp body but for me this was a drain pour. Ugly.
