[ As Urban Farm Spruce Tip Session Ale ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, dough, fruity hops, peach, floral, onion. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity hops, dough, peach, floral, onion - spring onion, green. Cloudy, citrusy and generally ok. Kind of like less of a gruit and more of a berliner in yeast content and vibe. Tap at Pizza Paradise. Light tangy finish. Decent.

Can from the back of the fridge. Need to make room for more Limearitas. Where did this come from? I think it was City Swiggers. 12oz can. Now called "Super Dry Cidah". 6.5% edition. Mason jar pour. Clear, ginger gold body. Smells like cream soda, or maybe light butterscotch; hay. Taste is dry, with a greasy mouthfeel. Subtle carbonation. Grassy, bitter apple essence, white wine, decent acid & a touch of butterscotch & dust on the finish. Tis okay.

Sample at the taproom. Clear purplish-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of berries, apple and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of slightly funky berry, apple and mild spice. The finish is fruity with a mildly funky berry aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazy pale yellow-gold color with a medium white head that burns away quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of herbs, fruit and yeast. Medium body with an herbal tea and apple character, with a bit of earthy yeast in the background. The finish is fruity with a tea-like aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle from the brewery: bubbly brown color. Aroma is earthy, fruity, herbs, dirt. Taste is earthy and lightly sweet. Definitey a strange beer. Some minor aftertaste. Very drinkable.
