Draft at Paradiso Dupont. Hazy very pale yellow color, bubbles. Aroma of apple skin and lemon. Tastenis like biting into an apple, dry finish. Carbonation totally unnecessary but fortunately is minimal.

Sampled at the brewery, pours a clear, pale gold with no head. Nose of wood shavings, honey, candlewax. Flavor is hot with booze and huge with vanilla, wood shavings, candlewax, vanilla. Hot on the finish.

Sampled at the brewery, pours an inky blue with no head. Nose has mild jam, mild apple, some raspberry. Flavor is super jammy with berries. Apples too. Dry finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle at home. Fine hazy blonde cider. Nose is tart Apple some wood and white wine. Tastes of tart green apple, touch of sugary apple juice, oak, some vanilla, white wine. Tart and sweet. Not really any bourbon to speak of.

Draft. Slightly hazy pale yellow color. Nose has lots of sulphur, fleshy apples. Taste is dry and sulphury, subtle carbonation. Gotta like sulphur to like this one.
