0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before March 2023. Slightly hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, quite dense, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, toasted nuts, some honey and traces of chocolate. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a little roasty taste of caramel, toasted nuts, honey, marzipan, some chocolate and a touch of grains, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, a little roasty, minimally yeasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Bock, very caramelly, quite monotonous.

330ml bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy and minimally starchy, pale malty and sweet-ish, caramel malty aroma, a touch of toffee and butterscotch. Taste is caramel malty, hints of butterscotch and toffee, bitter hoppy counterpart. Creamy texture, greasy and simultaneously dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. At the border between Hell and Dunkel Bock, nice creamy aspects - OK.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark yellow-ish to orange, golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy hoppy and slightly grainy, pale malty aroma, doughy yeasty overtones, a touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale malty, grassy hoppy and minimally fruity and doughy yeasty, very mild bitterness, hints of green apple, a touch of apricot; slight muesli touch overall. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Grain & Fruit = Thanks & Giving; matching flavours, sadly a bit simple & boring - so-so.

Deutlicher Kornflakes Geruch. 9/4/5/5/9/4
