0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before January 2023. Hazy, golden yellow with a large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity-floral aroma of grains, hay, lemon peel and hints of pineapple. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, hay, some lemon peel and hints of honey, followed by a short, slightly bitter, grainy finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Pleasant.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', 6.5% abv, best before March 2023. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, slightly floral aroma of orange peel, biscuit and light honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and a bit floral taste of caramel, nuts, orange peel and light honey, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Bock, unspectacular.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average, thick, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Relatively weak and rather unspecific fruity, hoppy aroma with tropical fruity and citrusy aspects, light jelly bear character. Taste is crisp, moderately bitter, citrusy and tropical fruity hoppy, notes of mandarine and orange, mango, peach, sweet-ish, pale malty backbone. Minimally oily and slightly dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation. Harmonious and balanced, crisp and refreshing - very nice.

Finne Winterbock, Fläschchen vom Craftbeer-Shop.com. - Dunkles Kupfergold, klar. - In der Nase bocktypisch schweres, nussig-toastiges Malz, tiefe Karamelbonbonsüße, milde und etwas stumpfe herbale Hopfung. - Antrunk satt toastmalzig mit feiner Biskuitsüße, Anklängen an Vanillezucker und etwas stumpfer herbaler Hopfung mit leichter Orangenschale. Milder rezent, annähernd vollmundig; einigermaßen kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang leicht malzbitter und nur schwach hopfenherb. - Solider roter Bock mit individueller, schön biskuitartiger Malzigkeit aber arg mild gehopft. (13.3.2022.)
