Can from Great Grog. Dark brown body with ruby highlights and a thin beige head. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pineapple, pink grapefruit and dark chocolate. Flavour of roasted malt, orange and grapefruit. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is excellent - a very well judged black IPA. I see a few 71 beers in supermarkets and if this was on the shelf, I’d grab one each time. I’d love to try a 7%+ version of this.
