Cask at Furnace, Derby (i.e. brewery tap). Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head and good lacing. The nose has peaches and floral hops. In the mouth the texture is creamy, and flavours predominantly fruit based. Oranges and peaches with floral hops and some malty sweetness. The finish is slightly bitter. A nice little thirst quencher – spongey !

Cask at the Furnace, Derby 4.9% Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Has a strong aroma of fresh hops and oranges. Hops dominate the taste as well, with citrus and spruce tips, plus bread crusts. Rounded off with a very bitter finish. Has all the ingredients of a proper IPA, just the colour is a bit light.
