Most people are wrong, they confuse the cusqueña with the real dorada that it disappears few years ago. It was a bad lager watery, malty, tasting this mediocre beer in Peru, a long time ago.

Travelling since years in Peru, I could say that this brewery is not good. The taste is watery, few malt, some corn, few hop, the problem is that you don't have another choice than this one or the callao pilsen, if you go to a popular place.

It is a classical lager, boring, fortunately that Arequipa has a great food. The taste is a bit watery, malty, few hop, serving me this beer at some trips in this nice city of Arrequipa, better than Lima.

It is not my favourite style, but it is a kind of baltica porter, sweet, smocked, malty, some hop. I prefer la de trigo, 08.03.17, drinking at some opportunities in Peru, prefering a dry stout or a Munich dunkel German style beer or an English porter, in my point of view.

It is a standard beer but it is not the same boring lager. The body is red-orange clear, a bit watery, malt, few bitterness and toffe touch, 29.04.16
