Our roots are deeply embedded in the hilly fields and farms of northeast Donegal. This is the perfect environment for the way we make beer. We don’t filter or pasteurise, and we let our industrious little friends, the yeast, carbonate the beer naturally during fermentation.
With the opening of K2, our new state-of-the-art facility in nearby Letterkenny in March 2017, the clinking of bottles coming off our line no longer mingles with the bleating of sheep from the surrounding fields. The farmhouse ethos at the core of what we do however remains the same.

Nagy, tartós, piszkosfehér hab, félbarna szín. Citrusos, fenyős, fűszeres, komlós illat. Leheletnyit savanykás, rozsos, citrusos, fenyő, fűszeres íz. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, alig keserű. Kellemes, jól iható sör.

Draught Very dense & fine off-white head over fully hazy orange-yellow beer, lacerings. Citrus², citruspeel, fresh-smelling; fresh green leaves, hint of nutmeg. Sourish-fruity, fruitsugars, if ending just a bit more bitter(ish). Citrus in all varieties. Excellent balance, with both resin and sweet malt suggested in the background. Very hopoilslick, good carbonation, at least medium bodied. One of the most citrussy DIPA's ever, yet balanced. Good!

A classical white ipa, not bad at all but we could expect more aromas of hop, in the mouth. The taste is dry, dry malt, dry hop, citrus, orange peel or a sensation like that, mineral and watery final, 01.04.20

Dorada nebulosa. Bonita espuma blanca. Rico aroma lupulado, notas herbales y frutales. Cremosa y muy agradable. Bien de gas. Amargor pronunciado. Sabor mantiene notas resinosas, pero ahora es más frutal. Uva y fruta tropical. Rica.

In Epalinges, a classical ipa that it was perfect with our home made Napolitan pizza, a bit short in aromas, on the American way, ready to cross the Atlantic, citrus, grapefruit, dry hop and dry malt, carbonation that it was sparkling, 03.05.20
