The beer that funny ways has everything you don’t wish. Thin body but alcohol, Sourness of taste but bitter finish of cheap hops. Hopeless.

Appearance: clear gold, moderate white airy head of low retention. Aroma: cereals, corn, bread, distant fruity notes. Taste: as described above, clean, light to medium sweet, low bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: unremarkable pale lager.

I was curious, is it still that bad it was in 1999 - 2004. It is. Aroma of burnt malt & rice. Sweet grainy taste with lots of rice again. Low bitterness. A bad brew. The draught version is much better though.

Vom Bestellen des Бобров Светлое in einem Restaurant wurde uns von weissrussichen Bekannten abgeraten, da es bei der Bevölkerung als ziemlich grauslich verschrieen ist. Da waren wir umso neugieriger auf das Bier, das sich als leichtes Helles mit wenig Aroma zeigte. Dadurch hat es aber auch keine Fehlaromen. Es ist nicht so schlecht wie sein Ruf, aber auch nicht besonders gut.

Pours a thin yellow with minimal head and effervescence. Taste is a sour piece of bubble gum with stale malt.
