Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato finiscono indizi di caramello, miele, fieno bagnato, cioccolato, erba, verdure cotte e mais cotto.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il finale è un po' rustico. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottled@PBF XII. Hazy ambery orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is vegetables, honey figs and mild earth. Flavour is figs, honey, some sweet malts along with mild vegetables and some yeasty elements. Messed up.

[ As Diecinove Miele & Fichi ].Unclear medium amber yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, apple, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, honey, flowers, pale malt, sweet malt, tart apple - tart fruit. Bottled at PBF XII. Hazy bronze colour, brief head. Aroma of chestnut and mirabelles. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with white currant, red apples and mirabelles, notes of apricot. Low bitterness.

Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è setoso e lungo. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano sensazioni di miele, cereali, frutta secca, abete rosso, agrumi, marron glacé, caldo e alcol da fico secco.
