Vintage 2007. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also lighter notes of wood, leading to a dry dusty hoppy finish. Definately improvement in quality since 2006.

Vintage 2006: A hazy amber beer with a disappearing orange head. The aroma is acidic malt with notes of berries. The flavor is a mixture of sweet and acidic with notes of malt - the acidity carries thru all the way to the end. Get a grip on the quality control. [2/3/3/2/4=1.4]

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with tiny impurities and a small, off-white head. Aroma of sour fruit bonbons. Light and somewhat watery body with fruity and somewhat sourish notes. Dry finish. Appears old and infected. 111006

A hazy orange beer with a very fast disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of berries. The flavor is acidic malty with light notes of caramel, and a citrusy end. I wonder if the acidity is and infection - or just poor brewing.

Bottle. Frothy white vertually no head. Fully deminishing. Yellow colour. Light hoppy week aroma. Strange sweet/bitter fruity flavor. Slightly acetic, something is terriblely wrong here. Watery (2.6 ABV) palate.
