Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours cloudy gold with a fine, white head. Pithy citrus nose with some light hay. Dry lemon peel bitterness to the flavor, lightly sweet, some straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Very dry finish - bone dry, in fact. Some light grass with faint sweetness. Interesting beer. Surprisingly dry.
