Description
We are an award winning microbrewery based in North Norfolk. We use traditional brewing techniques to create a range of sleek, modern and full flavour real ales which are available in seven different breeds. We supply our bottle conditioned and cask conditioned real ale to outlets all over Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and now London. So keep your eyes and palates peeled for the Panther’s mark of high quality real ale!

Formed in 2010 by Martin James, taking over the premises of Reepham Brewery. Taken over by Ivan Browne in 2025 following Martin's retirement.

Bottle: Poured a golden with a white lacing head. Aroma is light hops. Taste is nice light citrus hops and super clean.

Bottle: Poured a mahogany brown with off white head. Aroma is soggy cardboard and malts. Taste is rich malts and chocolate.

Thin beige head left a spotty cover on a murky reddish brown still body. Roasted & nutty aroma. Medium to thin bodied, nicely carbonated over the tongue with a cloying back. Nutty, light malt, roasted, tea & berry tastes with tangy finish.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Hazy amber brown colour with a thin head. Aroma stewed fruit raisins. Taste light bitter sweet to dryish finish. Medium body.

Aluminium Bottle from Beers of Europe. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma is light tropical and citrus. Taste light bitter. Slightly oily medium body.

Aluminium bottle. Appearance - cloudy golden orange. Decent lacing. Nose - tamarind and pineapple. Taste - apple jelly and guava. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy and slight sweet middle. The finish could be fresher. Overall - a bit too sweet for the style.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of yeast esters, resin and pineapple. Taste is quite bitter up front, then some tropical fruit at the back. Guava maybe. Resin and bittersweet finish.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - cloudy amber to brown. Thin head. Nose - blackberry mainly. Yeasy malty backdrop. Taste - more of the same. Blackberry and yeast mainly. Palate - light to medium bodied. See and sour finish. Overall - not very complex.

Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmö crew - Orangey red pour with a small bubbly head. Fruity berry prominence, with notes of berry fruit, some berry jammy notes, medium to light body, medium sweet berry laden fruity close.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges. Blackcurrant, cherries, chocolate and dried fruit in the aroma. Blackcurrant, cherries, almonds, chocolate and hints of vanilla and raisins. An enjoyable and tasty mild, especially for being only 3.3%.
