On tap at Cycle, pours jet black with a tiny tan head. Aroma has lots of spicy chili peppers, a touch of bourbon, and maybe a hint of caramelized banana. Flavour is different — dominated by intense caramelized banana, only subtle peppers, and subdued barrel. This is a caramelized banana bomb. Good for what it is, but it's rare that I really like banana in beer.

On tap at Cycle, pours jet black with a tiny brown head. Aroma is huge on the cinnamon upfront; all the other adjuncts take a backseat, with the chilis barely perceptible, and the vanilla and cocoa. Or perceptible at all to me. Flavour is much the same, with the cinnamon dominating upfront — like I'm sucking on cinnamon bark — accentuated by light chilis and bourbon. I don't get the vanilla and cocoa on the palate either. Fun cinnamon bomb. Good structure and very enjoyable.

On tap at Cycle, pours jet black with a tiny brown head. Aroma has a sort of miscellaneous dark sugar character, with dark sugar, caramel, and treacle. Flavour is rich, with tons of caramel, dark sugars, big bourbon, booze, and maple-covered banana. Sweet, sticky and well-integrated despite being boozy. Very good.
