Description
The Edinburgh Beer Factory is a family run, independent brewery launched in 2015 to make people think again about beer and Scotland. Founded by the Dunsmore family, we’ve grown to great big family of 20+ team members.
Like Edinburgh we’re creative, inventive and outward-looking. We combine old and new ideas and techniques to create beers of beauty.
Inspired by the Edinburgh-born ‘Father of Pop Art’ Eduardo Paolozzi, we showcase the art of brewing. Paolozzi took everyday objects and transformed them into works of art; we take overlooked and underestimated beer styles and present them at their beautiful best.

Bottle from Chester Beer and Wine. Cloudy gold with small white head. Aroma is like a golden ale; light biscuit malts with citrus and floral hints. Taste starts a bit standard rich tea biscuit and spice but the medium body helps to elevate some of the hoppy elements and the finish has a lovely fruity berry like resin and good bitter bite. Mixed but something a bit different, I enjoyed it.

330ml can. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big yeasty, light hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, somewhat watery, crisp, malty, yeast, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
