A golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid notes, light peach, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, Epsom salts, Brett, light peach pulp, very nice.

Can. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is flowery, herbal, a bit lemony, good cereal, a dash more ethereal than Euro hops perhaps. Taste is the same, expressive and balanced. Dry and bitter finish. Very nice clean stuff, as expected from Suarez!

2021 harvest 375mL bottled May 2022, drunk 5/25/23. Clear, sparklingly bright gold. White head is large, but recedes quickly to cover. Lovely peaches in the nose. Some barnyard funk adding light sulfur. Touch of oak, rustic grains and just more well-done peach that isn't too acidic or too sweet. Brett is gentle, not over-developed with soft peach and big juiciness, yet good maceration adding no overt sweetness. No harsh acidity anywhere, with a soft, almost chewy texture featuring rustic grain notes and light oak tannin. Clean, excellently well-done fruit and plentiful flavor.

Canned 11/25/22, drunk 5/7/23. Clear dark brown-to-ebony. Large tan head with moderate retention. Roasty, chocolatey, moderate base malt adding white bread and honey with milk chocolate as it mixes with the roasted barley. Good acidity, dark fruits, cleanliness and no alcohol. Roast, chocolate, good malt depth and attenuation with not overdone roast, no scratchy notes or too much dark malt. Maybe a hint of beans. But otherwise a well-constructed, by-the-books porter.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery. Vintage 2016. Pours clear gold with a modest, foamy white head that settles into a cream. Nicely funky about, some tangerine. Light sweet flavour, bit more funk, citrus fruit, slight vanilla, oak, salt, grass, mild acidity. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, bit of salty bite, more subtle citric twang, restrained funkiness. Excellent juice.
