750ml shared with Alex and Farees @ Ryan's (thx, for bottle!) after crazy several weeks helping wife with her business. Bottled on 03/2022. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: nice rustic notes and bugs, fruity, lots of oak, quite unique. Taste: along the same lines, a bit bubbly, lots of bugs. Overall: good one.

Poured from 750mL bottle (thanks Derek & JF; bottled 3/2022 blend 5). Hazy gold with white head. Oak, light rustic funk, clean, mild citrus notes, feint hopping. Nice complexity.

Bottle. Pours deep red. Minerally, cherry, light tartness, grain, blackcurrant. Medium body. A little lacking in the complexity of the best Suarez beers. Still very good.

Stemware @Torst. Party share where I was lucky enough to be near said party. Nice 6oz pour into Torst standard stemware. Dull, cola-colored pour. Cookie frothy. Cherry cola, dry cheese, faint fruit nose. Soft cherry & grape, open wood, middling but soft acid, lingering sweet lemon pith. Tart but never sour, it keeps it's poise as a lager. Very sessionable.

Bottle shared in NH with Duke. Picked up from the brewery. Lightly sweet, mellow funk, notes of melon, nips of pale wood. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with more restrained funk, low acidity. Delicious.

Bottle at home in NH. Pours mostly clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with sturdy tartness, nips of apple, fresh tart plum, modest acidity. Light bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, more tart plums, mellow citric bite. Great stuff.
