Tap at Bad Flash. Hazy bronze body, off white head. Creamy, bit buttery peachy jammy aroma, light brown sugar and berries. Lean taste, but a bit sweaty with tropical-berry notes, drinkable, but nothing special, maybe some oxidation, definitely a bit stale I'm afraid.

0.75l bottle from BaseCamp. Welp... this just screams unintentional sexism, but eh, what can you do. Dark golden-amber with some reddish undertones, thick white head, relatively lasting. The aroma hits with the maquis herbal Nelson notes. Some perfumey fruitiness too, a bit on the heavy side. Smooth, light, taste, some fruity notes, sweet stonefruit or tropical notes, very little to no bitterness, just a slightly minerally touch in the finish. Simple, tasty beer in the end. It is what it is.

Lahev: Pale golden with a greenish sheen, hazy, medium-sized and rather quickly collapsing white head, mild nose of a typical Český ležák, that means spicy Saaz and a pinch of buttery aromas; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, hardly medium bodied, but pleasantly soft; mild to moderate peppery hoppy finish with a little malty counterpart. Slušné pivo...

Handpull at Marpek. Almost pitch black brownish body. Roasty coffee aroma, goid chocolate, light caramel. Smooth taste, soft, good roasty kick later on though. Drinkable but slightly too bitter.

After visiting the Stará Čistírna Old Waste Water Treatment Plant in Prague 21.07.20 I found my way to the Marpek-Whisky where they served this from a beer engine. It is clear grey straw colour with a dense and persistent white head. There is a fine aroma and taste of succade, sweet citrus and pale malt. Smooth mouthfeel and good drinkability. More like an English golden ale than an IPA.

Tap at the Modra Hvězda taproom in Plzeň. Murky orange-amber body, off white head. Big, enormous berry, fruity aroma. Juicy, very interesting, but not quite WC. Big fruity taste, strawberry-tropical multivitamin juice on a soft body, heading into an earthy finish with odd herbal notes and very little bitterness. Strange really, quite unique. Unsure how fresh it is, but unlike any attempt at a WCIPA I've seen recently.

Tap at Zly casy. Moderate body, feeling thick, juicy, moderate carbonation. Moderate bitterness, malt in the background, no big sweetness. Hops centered, pineapple, citrusy zest, resiny, grassy. Easy drinking, tasty. Good one.
