Draught @ the source. Clear golden with a small foamy whitish head, faint yeast aroma, medium carbonation, mildly salty earthy taste with typical Belgian yeast flavors, thin body, long finish. Enjoyable though somewhat lacking in flavor.

Bottle split at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Clear golden topped with a white head. Nose is funk, vanilla oak, green berry must, light honey, barnyard. Taste comprises funk, light acidic bite, gooseberries, tarte citric, wood must, lactic bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic tang. Decent well balanced sour ... perhaps a touch on the sweet side with the honey presence but tidy none the less.

Cask at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap that clears to the edge. Nose is grass, melon, tangerine, straw. Taste comprises melon, straw, hint of mango, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Okay cask if a touch warm. Does not come over as a bitter ... more a hoppy golden blonde but I'm sure the brewer has a cousin called Dave who has a friend in Sheffield who once drank a bitter or some shit. Drank fine.

Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Black with a good sized tan head. Nose is big on maple syrup, dark malts, brown sugar melt, chocolate. Taste comprises light roast, big maple syrup presence again, chocolate melt, light roast, toffee fudge. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a maple syrup coated boozy blast. Not bad if a touch 1D on the maple syrup.

Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Black with a moderately presented tan cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, hazelnut, dark malts, toffee. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, nutty, spice, charr, roasted tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough stout.

Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Black with a good sized tan covering that stays for the show. Nose is chocolate, mellow roast, charr, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises coffee bean, roast malts, cacao nibs, light roast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Tidy stout.

Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, light roast, dusty hops, toffee, dried fruits. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, drying close. Solid flavoursome stout.

Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a thin off white covering that veers edgewards. Nose is ripe citric flesh, dank rip, pine resin, hop spice, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises raw pineapple, weed, dank notes, light stoned fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost. Decent.

Taste comprises orange peel, grapefruit, pine needle, citric tinged straw, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close cloaked with balanced grassy hop bitterness. Steady enough IPA.

Taste comprises mixed tropical fruit esters, light minerality, orange peel, melon, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spliced with juicy come leafy hop bitterness. Decent.
