12 oz. bottle from Julio’s Liquors. Pitch black in an English pint, showing full, beige head that dissipated quite fast. Leaving little in its wake. Spotty lacing. Nose is oats and burnt chocolate malt. Flavors of roasted barley, burnt coffee, light chocolate and vanilla notes hiding in the finish. A touch of sweetness as well. Medium body with average Co2. Kind of chewy mouthfeel, big oat presence. This is a nice representation on how a stout would have tasted 250 years ago. Nice job Mayflower! Real tasty.

Bottle dated Jan 2011 cellared until new years eve. Black oily pour with very little head. Caramel and roasted malt aroma, very little hop presence. A little light shows through, but nice much. Taste is very smooth roasted malts with a light sweet caramel flavor. A nice "mild" imperial stout in the vein of Sam Smith’s.

Very easy to drink blonde ale, and usually not the best style for body and flavor, but this would be a good session ale if your drinking all day. On draft at the brewery, pours a cloudy yellow, large white head, hops and caramel malts in the aroma and flavor, easy to drink.

Really surprised at how much I liked this one, on draft at the brewery, this poured a little darker than most american pale’s, probably due to the darker malts used, duh. a very good english pale ale.

Not quite what I expected as an oatmeal stout that are usually thicker, almost sweet stout like, this was sufficiently black, but way too much light was allowed through the glass. Almost no head, bitter coffee and toffee flavors, not enough sweet malt flavor, almost porter like. Not a bad beer, but not the best oatmeal stout ive had.

interesting take on a dunkelweizen, this adds a little fruity aroma from the hops that give it a little zing that makes it unique. very enjoyable.

such an easy porter to drink, sometimes the palate can be a little rough with porters, but the hops are just enough to ease the malts to not be cloying.

this is one of the most delicious ale’s ive had in a long time, dark brown to purple, aroma is sweet bready malts with a little roasty toastiness to it. Hops are there but more to keep the flavor from being cloying. absolutely delicious.

Split a 22oz bottle with friends. Poured a slightly cloudy tan/brown color with a decent amount of off-white carbonation. Aromas are sugars - malts. Not a whole lot else really. We expected something a bit "bigger" but I thought it wasn’t too bad - no oak notes and we kind of hoped that a Thanksgiving beer would be a bit more festive for the time of the year.
