Draft @ Sunset Grill and Tap. Alston, MA. Hazy gold / yellow color. Smell of wheat and rye bread. Taste is much the same with some spice and light hop in the finish. Light bitterness. Pretty good flavor for a low ABV brew. Worth a try if you can find on draft.

On draft @ Sunset Grill and Tap. Hazy amber pour with a white head and decent lacing. Nose of fresh hops and grassy notes. A very light and refreshing IPA. It isn’t something you need to seek out BUT, it is a simple, fresh IPA with a decent Hop bite in the finish. I drank it real easy and found it to be real refreshing.

ohhh the buttery goodness, and so easy to drink, nice that they made it a mild ale instead of going gonzo on it. light brown/red color, taste is of buttered bread with some hop spice and floral notes. yum.

i used to get mad at east coast brewers for brewing "english ipa’s". leave the malt heavy versions to the limey’s and lets kick up the hops american style! but now i dont care so much, its fine, not going to surprise anyone.

Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, tar, coffee, and a bit of smoke, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Doodler. Pours an almost black with a vague tint of orange with a dense beige cappuchino head. Lovely roasted aroma, vanilla and some coffee. Medium body, some hard roast and licorice, distinct malt astringency but not unpleasantly so. 230311
