12oz bottle-pours a rich light tan head and copper color. Aroma is tangerine hops, then a musty/grassy, light malt-some caramel. Taste is leathery/light malt-slight caramel, secondary hops-musty/grassy/herbal/light lemon. Comes across as an OK EPA with parts that clash.

Courtesy of fishingnet. Pours a gorgeous deep garnet with thin tan head. The aroma is mild with notes of roasted to more dark roasted malts, a bit of fruity esters, some earthiness and a hint of smoke and oxidation. The taste has a bigger carbonation bite than I was expecting bringing up roasted to nearly burnt malts to start. It then gets mildly earthy for a moment or two. Nice offering.

Cask at GBBF 2008 Pours black with next to no head. Hoppy and sweet but with a subtle sweet cherryness coming through, this went very well with my wild boar pork pie that I had just purchased.
