Can 33.cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Opqque medium amber colour, small frothy white to off-white head, slowly dissipating, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, raisins, caramel, syrup, dark fruit, some alcohol. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, caramel, dark fruit, raisins, plum, brown sugar. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, rather fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, too fruity for a dubbel nevertheless nice.

Can. Vintage 2020. Thx to RuneBlix for sourcing and Cunningham for muling. Quite intense peat smoke at first, then there's some room for caramel malts, bread, nuts, some chocolate, alcohol and dried fruit. Very gentle on the palate, not even too warming. It felt a bit simple in the beginning, but it grew on me and I really like liked it. 848415 251221

330ml can, #959, bought at Bådin in Bodø. Shared at a rating session with Finn. Large pearl white head, near-clear amber body, fair lacing. Herbal hops and grain on the nose, inviting. Quite similar taste of herbal hops and semi-sweet malts. Malt-fruity endnotes. Easy to drink. Quite alright. (Tromsø, 13.12.2025).
