Can @ home. Unclear, almost hazy golden body under a big, foamy white head that fades quite fast. Aroma of some kind of ripe fruit, berry and minerals. There is also a hint of something close to funky, but not quite there. Taste has some slightly sweet malt and citric fruit at the first sip, but then the sweetness seems to disappear and it becomes rather acidic. Citric fruit, oranges, apricot, acidic grapefruit and sour berries with a touch of minerals. Medium body with a tart, acidic aftertaste. Unusually, refreshing and quite interesting.

Artificial aroma of peach candy and passionfruit, hints of decaying fruits. Moderately sour and fairly refreshing flavour with peach, passionfruit and lactic acid.

150ml draught at Cafe Sånn. Clear dark golden body, dotted spots on the glass, a bubbly ring to the rim of the surface. Moderate farmyard smell with a citric note. Blended taste profile of herbal hops, pale malts, and oats. Mild saison fruity endnotes. Just okay. (Tromsø, 13.01.2026).

330 ml can, as Bådin Soft Circuit Rice Lager, from Joker Vatlandsvåg. ABV is 4.7%. Very pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Sweetish aroma and flavour of pilsener malts and rice, some sharpish hops in the aftertaste. So, what's the point here? Not a beer I'll buy again.
