Snasen liten sak dette. Kan absolutt anbefales. Anelse gjennomsiktig svart kropp med en fin beige top. Skummet legger seg greit nedover glasset. Mye svart malt, Bra humle aroma og smak. Fin fruktighet. Litt furu og en anelse kvae. Bra intensitet i aromaen. Noe ubalansert i smaken står det skrevet i min notatbok. Tja. Tror jeg kjøper en til jeg.

Bottle at home. Pours a deep reddish brown color with a big creamy beige head. Aroma of smoked meat, wood, leather, heather, forest floor and spices. The flavor is similar with more wood, leather, bread and sweet malt. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, medium body and a medium bitterness. Is well-balanced with a pleasant amount of smoke. Great brew.

Flaske 330ml. Gave fra Jan Erik drukket i Skibotn 8 Aug 15. Mørk brun. Filmskum. Bra røykaroma. Smaken balansert. Litt bacon. Røyk. Behagelog øl. Litt tørr ettersmak. Bunnfall som gir en ekstra uklar siste kvelling. Sikkert et godt matøl.

Bottle at Stormen, Bod�. Clear straw color with an off-white creamy ale. Well carbonated. Has a nice and fruity aroma with lime, Belgian yeast, grass, pale malt, flowers and lots of spices. The flavor is filled with grassy hops, hay, Belgian yeast and cloves. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and medium bitterness. A fresh and great saison. Solid stuff.

Pours hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, chocolate, citrus, grape and peach. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long chocolate, caramel, citrus and grape finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
