Bottle, #48. Pours dark golden orange, with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is hoppy peach, and malts with toffee. Light to medium body, with medium carbonation. Flavour is hops with piney bitterness, orange peel, grapefruit and peachy notes, and roasted caramel malts with bread and toffee. Lingering grapefruity finish.

330ml bottle, batch #0050, bought at Bodø Vinmonopolet and another one at the pub Kaptein Larsen in Bodø. Slightly cloudy dark brown body. Bubbly, beige head slowly fading while leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Smoked grainy malts on the nose. Nicely taste character of peated malts with notes of dark vanilla and brittle caramel. Dark fruity tail. Well balanced and rather smooth on the swallow. Again, a good one from the microbrewery (17 and 19.07.2015).

330ml bottle, batch 0055, bb. 17.06.2017, at Ohma Restaurant in Bodø where it was nicely served in a tulip glass. Initial rocky white head reduced to a stable layer. Hazy orange coloured body. Dotted spots on the glass. Aromatic hints of coriander, wheat and citrus. Blossom mid-sweet citrus flavours combined with wheat and spices, a bit soapy and perfumed towards the ending. Foamy in the mouth. Lots of taste in this one, unfortunately not my kind of favourite beer style. The beer should be a fine partner to sushi and the Asian cooking (17.07.2015).

33cl bottle (#33) at Café Sara, Oslo. Pours very dark brown with a small, beige head. Rather mild roasty aroma with notes of licorice and dark fruits, hints of pine and citrus. Medium to moderate sweet with a moderate flavour intensity and bitterness. Tasty and easy to drink, nice one, but not too exciting.

Bottle. From trade with Rune. A lightly hazy golden colored beer topped by a dense, off-white head. Some lacing. The aroma is a bit weak I think, with pineapple, tropical fruits and some resins. Malts too, but only in the back. A bit more evident in the flavor, almost nutty and caramel-ish, with tropical fruits, peaches and some pineapple and grapefruit notes. Decent bitterness. Full to medium body and a nice carbonation. Lasting piney, grapefruity finish. Quite decent this one, but a bit weak. 150718
