Farlig åpent la de byen... Enten Vestfjorden står krumbøyd over båtene i havna eller Bodøs åsyn speiler seg i sommersol og flatt hav, er Moloen stripa vi trør på når vi vil kjenne oss i live. Myntet på øyeblikk hvor livet skal feires har vi brygget en belgisk gårdsøl lastet med oseansk fruktighet. Vår Moloen er gyllen og lun som midtsommernatta og yppig og fresk som stormkastene vi beskyttes mot.
Ingredienser: Bodøvann, maltet bygg og hvete, Galaxy Pacific Gem og gjær. Ufiltrert og upasteurisert fordi levende øl smaker best. Serveres på samme temperatur som vannet på yttersida (4-8 grader).

December 2015: 330 ml bottle, batch #47, from the brewery. ABV is 5.6%, 50 IBU. Golden colour, clear first, hazy when the yeast is poured. Large white head. Spicy and fruity aroma, also notes of salt water and herbs. Spicy and herbal flavour, probably both from the yeast and the hops (Galaxy and Pacific Gem), neither too sweet nor too dry, citrussy and slightly salty finish. Good beer.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with dense off-white head. Aroma of citrus, notes of pepper, Tastes slightly bitter with little sweetness. Thin bodied, dry mouthfeel.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, sweet malty and mild grainy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some herbal and mild toffeeish tones. Nice bitter finish.

Tap @ Brygg, Oslo. Unclear golden body under a big, foamy white head. Aroma is genetic fruity with citric fruit, hint of oranges and slightly spicy yeast. Taste goes in the same fruity direction, slightly bitter, mild esters and some classic Belgium Saison elements. Nice and refreshing.

Mild smell of fruit. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, straw, citrus, some pepper in finish. Very lively carbon. Bitter, slightly sour. Light body. Nicely balanced saison.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden, hazy with a large white head. ARoma of malt, yeast and fruits. Medium bitter with a malt with some fruit sense.

Pale golden with a white head - Some hops and citrus in the aroma - Malt body with some lemon flavours - The citrus flavours goes into the finish that is dry - This was nice
