Description
One-barrel microbrewery, established in 2013, which has been brewing on a regular basis since 2015. The plant is also used to produce the malt wash for the distilling of gin and vodka onsite. The beer strength and style varies from brew to brew.

Cask at Number Twenty2, Darlington. Clear amber colour with an off-white foam head leaving lacing. Aroma of caramel fudge. Taste is milky chocolate malt with some biscuit, dark fruits and light bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry biscuity bitter finish. Quite OK.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2014. Clear golden coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is clean honey, honeysuckle, crisp lemon. Flavour is clean base malt, grain store light crisp citrus hop. Assertive but balance is good. Palate is medium with lowish carbonation. OK but a bit dull.

Bready flavour, sweetish malty & grainy, with toffee, nutty and lingering earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, creamy earthy nutty bitter finish. Quite drinkable, well balanced session bitter.

Cask at Number Twenty-2, Darlington. Dark brown amber colour, foam beige head leaving lots of lacing and aroma of malt, yeast, roasted notes. Taste is very malty caramel, with roasted, chocolate, biscuit, raisins, coffee and a light earthy bitterness. Smooth warming mouth feel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry nutty aftertaste. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Pours a golden clear amber colour, foamy white head with light citrus hops aroma. Light flowery, slight citrus hoppy taste with lingering dry bitterness. Quite drinkable.
