Bottle thanks to Colin. Appearance - opaque brown to black. Olive sheen. Nose - dark chocolate, hint of coffee. Light smoke. Taste - chocolate biscuits. Palate - it seems medium bodied at first but really it's very thin, showing the lack of gluten. Overall - the usual problem with gluten free beers - thin and generally lacking gluten.
