(December 2019) Deep gold with a frothy white head and an aroma of sweet biscuit malt and something a little floral - the taste is more roasted/burnt malt with a hint of sweetness and some orchard fruit character, has a grainy mouthfeel and a lasting biscuit malt finish

Lightly roasted malt on the nose, with a hint of liquorice, pours near black with a foamy beige head. The light roasted character continues into the flavour, deepening a little, with the liquorice still there, joined by notes of coffee and some bitterness, atop a grainy mouthfeel. The roasted flavours dissipate in the aftertaste to leave mostly mild bitterness

Bottle. Golden with a small glow and a small carbonation and a very thin head. Has a lightly smoked character with notes of ham in aroma and taste, but more pronounced in the former. Some fruitiness is evident too.

Bottle. Slightly paler golden with a small carbonation and a creamy head. Pilsner character is usurped by the herbal and grassy influence of the quinoa. This has a influence in its aroma too, but to a lesser extent.
