Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a smallish, light brown head.Certainly has coffee in the nose, the kind that could also bring associations of ashtray and dusty chili. Medium body, again coffee but also salty (!) and tart - even sour perhaps. There's a lot of weird shit going on in here and it's not really to the beer's benefit - at all. I simply think it's contaminated, to be honest. 050721

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear brown with an orange hue and a lacing, beige head with good retention. Dusty, slightly roasty nose - not really all that complex. Rich, malty body - distinct oak chip notes, some tannins. A beer that I keep hoping will reveal more, but there's not really all that much there. I wonder if it'll winn with some cellaring. 30062

Bottle 33 cl. Pours brown with an orange hue, almost clear with no head to speak of. Complex, estery Belgian nose, dark dried fruits, brown sugars - you know the drill. Rich, sweet, malty/caramellish body - almost flat. Again complex and very pleasant esters, slightly spicy, but it may just be the yeast. Alcohol very well hidden. 230621

Bottle 33 cl. Hazy golden with a rich, frothy and steady white head leaving a neat lacework. Lovely aroma, some oranges. Medium body, a dry - almost astringent - fruitiness with an orange note. Later distinct apricot appears whic is actually super delicious. Ends quite bitter. Hmm, why don't many more do apricot in beer? 040521

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Vaguely tart nose - acetobacter and lactic acid? Medium body, an initial fruity sweetness under the sour notes. I can get a faint whisper of cherries, but probably only because I know they are there. Ris a la mande I don't get at all, but it's actually not a bad Sour beer. 240321

Bottle. Pours clear tea amber with big, stable beige head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with touches of caramel and yeast. Sweetish flavour of fruit and caramel malt, with nutty notes and touches of dust and hops and peppery hints. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with dusty and fruity touches. Not bad, just rather fruity for the style.
