Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Vaguely tart nose - acetobacter and lactic acid? Medium body, an initial fruity sweetness under the sour notes. I can get a faint whisper of cherries, but probably only because I know they are there. Ris a la mande I don't get at all, but it's actually not a bad Sour beer. 240321

Bottle. Pours clear tea amber with big, stable beige head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with touches of caramel and yeast. Sweetish flavour of fruit and caramel malt, with nutty notes and touches of dust and hops and peppery hints. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with dusty and fruity touches. Not bad, just rather fruity for the style.

Bottle, 5.9%. Slow gusher. Spicy aroma, brown sugar, a little sourness. Clear dark brown colour. Very big, quite stable light brown head. The flavour is sweet and caramelly, papery with notes of burnt malt. Metallic finish with some burnt syrup notes.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy grayish golden with a small, off-white head. Nose is very perfumy, bubblegum. Rich, malty and fruity with a very low carbonation. The bubblegum continues but now paired with a rather high bitterness. There's some spice there as wel. It's nt entirely clean and a bit out of whack. Still drinkable though. 181220

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Dry and fruity nose with a hint of yeast. Medium body, an initial sweetness that gives place to a strange, lemony tartness and then lots of unpleasant phenols. I'm wondering if this was brewed with no control of fermentation temperature. Very difficult to drink. 141220

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a small, off-white head. Yeasty, phenollic aroma with an underlying vague touch of passionfruit. Fairly rich body, some fruity sweetness, vague passionfruit notes, fryuiti sweetness and tartness - but those phenols are killing me.... Not a fan. 081220
